Shipping & Returns
We will usually process your order the day we receive it, and we will ship your order the same day if we get the order before 11:00 am PST. But during extremely busy periods, it may take an additional day before it is processed. Please login to our website with your username and password to check the progress of your orders and to view your tracking numbers.
Orders within the continental United States: At the present time we are offering free shipping as specified below:
- Free shipping on any order over $125.00.
- Orders must be placed online at www.desotosport.com.
- Free shipping within the Continental USA only.
- We reserve the right to select the carrier and class of our choice.
- You must select the free shipping option in the shipping drop-down box.
- The offer is valid until otherwise noted or removed.
- Valid only for items we have in stock and for total net orders over $125.00. There is no free shipping on back orders.
APO, FPO, and United States Possessions: Your order can be be shipped by USPS or UPS in a variety of classes and options.
Please be aware that we only deliver in methods that offer tracking numbers.
Orders to Canada and other countries: ship by USPS Express. The shipping price will depend on the weight of the package.
If you need to return, repair or exchange something, please email returns@desotosport.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service staff will then issue you an RMA number which is necessary for your return to be accepted. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours, unless it is a holiday.
