T1 Wetsuits 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
De Soto Sport offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our wetsuits. We invite you to buy a T1 Wetsuit, swim in it, and see for yourself that it is the best swimming wetsuit in the world. If you are not satisfied with one of our wetsuits at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction within the first 15 days of the purchase date, exchange it, or return it for a complete refund. Any T1 Wetsuit you buy from one of our authorized retailers is guaranteed through the retailer and all exchanges and refunds must be done through the retailer. Their policy may be different so please ask before purchasing. This guarantee does not apply to other De Soto Sport products.
If one of our wetsuits does not perform to your expectations within 30 days of the purchase date, return it for a replacement, a different size or model, or a complete refund. Any T1 Wetsuit you buy from one of our authorized retailers is guaranteed through the retailer. All exchanges and refunds must be done through the retailer. T1 Wetsuits Warranty
All T1 Wetsuits are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. If a T1 wetsuit fails due to manufacturing defects and it is repairable, we will repair it for free of charge. The ability to repair it and the extent of the repair is to be determined solely at our discretion. You must submit proof of purchase or a copy the sales receipt prior to repair. You are responsible for the cost of getting the wetsuit to us and for sending it back to you. This warranty becomes null and void on any T1 Wetsuit that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, cut, or otherwise altered, before or after purchase. If you need to return, repair or exchange something, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service staff will then issue you an RMA number which is necessary for your return to be accepted. We will respond to your request within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, unless it is a holiday. Please return the wetsuit, cleaned and completely dry.
